We encourage all of our chefs to “play with their food”, literally! Contrary to the traditional top-down approach to campus menu strategy, we look to the creative juices of our executive chefs in the field to help design, distribute and drive. This creates friendly competition and accountability between our chefs and a competitive advantage for our organization and our students.
Partnering with American Dining Creations our dining program works to create chef inspired menus, driven by continuous student feedback, in order to deliver a dynamic experience.
About Allergens
At Lawrence University Dining, we take an integrated approach to healthy dining offering easy access to a nutritional and well-balanced meal. Throughout our Residential and Retail Dining, we market healthy dining options to ensure guests can easily identify nutritional information. Our Chefs create menu concepts to be inclusive of all food allergens and culinary lifestyle choices. Whether you are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, and/or religious/ethnic requirements, there will be food options available. At Lawrence University Dining, we strive to create food that is inclusive to all. If a student has a food allergy or culinary lifestyle choice and needs assistance, our culinary team will work with that individual to ensure their needs are met.
