Greens & Grains create themed experiences at this station, including the addition of a wide variety of ancient grains, , premium proteins, toppings and an assortment of veggies on a rotating themed menu that students can use to create the ultimate salad. This is an allergen free station that avoids all 11 major allergens as well as allergens that reflect our current student body. This station offers a clean protein meal with rice and vegetables daily. It also offers a special on each day of the week including gluten free burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, tacos, pizza and sandwiches. Our chefs at elements are trained to accommodate additional allergen requests as well.
